You may notice that some firms in this directory display a Trustpilot rating of zero. These are not firms that simply have no reviews — they are firms whose Trustpilot rating has been removed by Trustpilot itself due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. This typically happens when Trustpilot detects activity such as fake review posting, review manipulation, or other practices that violate their platform rules.

When we have reached out to affected firms for their side of the story, several have claimed that competitors attacked their Trustpilot pages by flooding them with fake negative reviews, which then triggered Trustpilot's automated enforcement and led to their rating being taken down. We have no way to independently verify either version — whether the firm was genuinely manipulating reviews or whether competitors orchestrated the takedown.

We include these firms in the directory for transparency, but we recommend extra caution. A zero-rated firm is not necessarily a scam, but the Trustpilot takedown is a signal worth weighing heavily in your research.
