Trustpilot removes or suppresses a company's public star rating when it detects issues such as fake or incentivised reviews, review manipulation, or when it posts a consumer alert. We check every listed firm's Trustpilot page daily and record when a rating is not being shown. This is a factual log of Trustpilot's display state on the dates we checked — not our own judgment of the firm. See each firm's page for full context.
