SFX Funded does not publish a "3% per trade" risk rule in the way some firms do. The number 3% appears at SFX in three different places, and conflating them is a common and expensive mistake:

3% daily loss limit — on Rapid, Instant Funding and Pass First Pay Later accounts (Ascend uses 4%).
3% profit target — the pass requirement on Rapid and on Pass First Pay Later.
3% minimum profit — the threshold that must be reached before a first Payout-on-Demand request is accepted.

Per-trade exposure is instead controlled by the maximum floating loss cap (2%, or 1% on the largest accounts and on 1-Step Pro) and by the over-leveraging rule, which treats any position that drives your margin level to 150% or below as a violation.
